“This was one of our largest resort projects — a 160-room TRYP by Wyndham in the Chimgan mountains of Uzbekistan, with everything that scale implies. We produced the lobby and reception furniture and millwork, the full Manzara restaurant fit-out (the dining chairs and tables under that huge mountain-view window), the coffee-bar seating, and the guest rooms with their red upholstered headboards and bases, desks and chairs. We also delivered the spa joinery, including the sauna and the göbektaşı and basins for the hammam. Coordinating restaurant, lobby, rooms and wellness on a single mountain-resort programme — and getting it to Central Asia — was a serious logistics exercise. The payoff is a property where every public space and every room came from one workshop, with one standard of finish.”
