Booth and banquette seating<\/strong> does two jobs no loose chair can. First, it lifts cover density: a run of banquette seating<\/strong> along a wall puts diners shoulder-to-shoulder where free-standing chairs would waste the space to circulation, often adding a whole extra row of covers to a room. Second, it sells the room — a restaurant booth<\/strong> reads as comfort, privacy and a destination, the seat guests ask for by name. It is almost always made to length<\/strong> rather than bought as a fixed unit — a continuous banquette run, a back-to-back double-sided booth<\/strong>, an L-shaped corner booth<\/strong> that turns an awkward corner into prime seating, or a curved and half-circle booth<\/strong> for a feature table. The frame, the foam density, the fire-rated upholstery and a base that allows the floor to be cleaned beneath it all matter more here than on a chair, because a booth is in place for years and cannot simply be swapped out.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t
