A kitchen is the most heavily built part of any interior — more linear metres of cabinetry, more hardware, more moving parts and more daily wear than anywhere else in a room. For a hotel, an aparthotel, a villa or a residential development, that cabinetry is also a quantity decision: the same kitchen, or a small family of kitchens, is built and installed across many units, and it has to be consistent, durable and deliverable on a programme. That is a manufacturing problem, not a retail purchase, and it is what we do.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

We manufacture custom kitchen cabinets<\/strong> to your drawings and specification — carcasses, doors, fronts, fillers and internals — in MDF, plywood, laminate, lacquer and real wood<\/strong>, on engineered hinges and runners, finished to the colour and door style the project calls for. The cabinetry is modular<\/strong> in construction so it ships flat or part-assembled and installs cleanly on site, and it is built to a contract standard of carcass, edge and hardware that holds up to commercial use far better than a flat-pack or showroom kitchen.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

From a single villa kitchen to a run of identical aparthotel kitchenettes to the kitchens across a residential block, the work is the same: engineer the cabinetry to the layout, the materials and the budget, manufacture it to a repeatable standard, and ship it ready to install. Worktops are specified alongside the cabinetry; for natural stone and marble countertops we draw on our dedicated marble & stone countertops<\/a> page, cut and finished to the kitchen. The Difference<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Contract Kitchen Cabinets Are Not Flat-Pack Kitchens<\/em><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\n
\n\t\t\t\t\t

Most of what is sold as a kitchen cabinet is consumer product: flat-pack and ready-to-assemble units, showroom kitchens specified one at a time, or units bought to be painted and refaced at home. They are built to a price for a single domestic kitchen used by one family, and they are not engineered for the demands of a project — the repeatability across many units, the durability under guest or tenant use, the moisture of a kitchen used hard, and the logistics of delivering and installing dozens of kitchens to a programme.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Contract cabinetry is a different specification at every level. The carcass<\/strong> is moisture-resistant board, properly edge-banded on all exposed edges so it does not swell or chip; the doors and fronts<\/strong> are finished to resist knocks, cleaning and humidity; the hardware<\/strong> is rated for tens of thousands of open-close cycles rather than a domestic handful; and the whole kitchen is engineered to be built the same way every time so the hundredth unit matches the first. For a buyer furnishing a building rather than a home, that consistency and durability is the entire point — it is the difference between a kitchen that still looks specified after five years of use and one that has to be replaced.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t

The cost logic follows from that. A contract kitchen looks more expensive than a flat-pack on a line-by-line comparison, but the comparison that matters to a project is cost over the life of the building. A kitchen that survives a decade of guest or tenant use without doors dropping, edges swelling or runners failing is far cheaper than one bought on price and replaced twice in the same period, with the disruption and lost revenue each replacement brings to an occupied building. For a developer or an operator, specifying a durable, consistent, repairable kitchen is a maintenance and lifecycle decision as much as a furnishing one — which is precisely why it is bought from a manufacturer, to a specification, rather than off a showroom floor.<\/p>\n\t\t\n<\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n
