Site readiness is the precondition for an efficient install. Furniture should not arrive before the room is ready to receive it, or the goods sit in storage absorbing damage and cost. HFC issues a readiness checklist so the site and the furniture programme stay synchronised.

The genuine determinants of installation speed are site readiness and vertical transport, not the furniture itself — a project where rooms are still being painted, or where the only lift is shared with other trades, will always install more slowly regardless of who is doing the work.
At completion, HFC provides handover documentation covering the installed inventory, care and cleaning guidance for housekeeping, and fixing details for engineering. A short briefing for the housekeeping and engineering teams at handover protects the furniture through its first months of operation, when most avoidable damage occurs.

Contract buyers are not buying a single piece — they are buying consistency across every room and the assurance that it lasts. HFC builds quality control into production rather than inspecting for it at the end.
Quality control runs across three stages. Incoming material inspection checks board, hardware, and fabric against the approved specification before anything is cut, because a defect in raw material multiplied across hundreds of rooms is the most expensive failure of all. In-process inspection on the factory floor verifies dimensions, joints, and finishes against the approved sample as production runs, so a drift is caught early rather than at the end of a batch. Pre-shipment final inspection checks finished goods on a sampling basis before packing, against the approved sample and the agreed acceptance criteria, and every consignment is photographed and documented before it leaves the factory.
Owners who appoint a third-party inspection agency — or who wish to inspect in person before shipment — are welcomed, not resisted. Because every piece is produced and checked against a physically approved mock-up, there is a single, agreed reference for what acceptable looks like, which removes the subjectivity that causes most contract disputes. The approved sample, not a photograph or a description, is the contract for quality.
