Strip a hotel back to what it actually sells and you arrive at one thing: a good night’s sleep. A guest may book for the location, the restaurant or the spa, but what they remember — and what they review — is whether they slept well, and that comes down to the bed. A hotel bed is really two products with two different makers. For the mattress, we work with Turkey’s leading hotel-mattress producers, because contract mattress-making is a discipline of its own: a domestic mattress is built to feel good in a showroom and serve one household, while a hotel mattress is engineered for thousands of different bodies, daily housekeeping, constant rotation and years of heavy service — with reinforced edges, heavier-gauge springs, flame-retardant and anti-bacterial construction and a long contract warranty a domestic bed never carries.
The bed base is where we build. As a furniture manufacturer we produce the base to the design: where it calls for custom MDF or timber construction we make it in our own joinery, and where it needs metal-works integration — a steel sub-frame, a storage mechanism or a structural detail — we engineer and build that too. We make every type of base, including the floating (cantilevered) base that appears to hover off the floor, a look in strong demand right now. Mattress and base are specified together and matched to the room, so the finished bed reads as one designed piece.

Every hotel mattress we supply is built on a support core wrapped in comfort layers, and the character of the bed — how firm, how supportive, how long it lasts — is set by which core and which layers go into it. Our producer partners build across the full range, so a property can match the mattress to its grade and its guest.
The support core comes in three families. The reinforced nested-pocket system is our top tier: a higher count of individually-pocketed springs than a standard pocket unit, each responding on its own, for orthopaedic-grade support that suits every weight and adapts to the body — the core of the Elegante. The pocket-spring system gives point-elastic comfort and genuine independent movement, so two sleepers do not disturb each other — the basis of the Prima and the Hotel Flex Pocket. The bonnel-spring system uses heat-treated, interconnected steel coils for a robust, resilient and excellent-value support core — the workhorse behind the Napolitano and the Hotel Flex series. Around the core, an edge-support steel frame or block surround binds the whole unit so a guest can use the full surface, sit on the side, and not feel the edge give way.
Over the springs sit the comfort layers, and this is where the feel is dialled in. A high-resilience (HR) plate foam supports the lumbar region and distributes body weight so pressure on the spine and hips is minimised and circulation stays uninterrupted through the night. A visco (memory) layer moulds to the body for pressure relief and extra orthopaedic support where it is specified. Soft-touch foams and a hypo-allergenic polyester fibre layer wrap the body in the top surface, while an isolation felt between the steel and the fillings spreads the load evenly and protects the foams from the springs, extending the life of the whole build. The whole thing is finished in a flame-retardant jacquard or double-jersey cover — breathable, with air vents to let the mattress release heat and moisture — and treated anti-bacterial and sanitized. Mattress heights run from around 22 to 32 centimetres depending on the build, in the firmness level the room specifies. Every layer in that stack is chosen for a reason — support, comfort, durability or hygiene — and built up the same way on every unit, so the feel a property approves in a sample is the feel that arrives in all four hundred rooms.

The base is half the bed and most of its look. It sets the height, carries the mattress, hides or holds storage, and — because it is the upholstered part the guest sees — ties the bed into the room. We make the full range of hotel bed bases, upholstered in the fabric or faux leather of the scheme, with the leg and finish to match.
The Lux and Profile hotel base is the standard — a clean, upholstered platform at 20 cm with optional heights from 20 to 24 cm, an anti-slip top surface that stops the mattress creeping or sliding, and a choice of legs. The box-spring base builds a sprung unit into the base itself, adding a layer of give beneath the mattress for a softer, more resilient overall feel, with heights from 18 to 24 cm. The storage (ottoman) base lifts on a gas mechanism to reclaim the whole footprint under the bed for linen and luggage — invaluable in compact rooms and aparthotels — at around 28 cm plus legs. The two-part base splits for easy delivery into tight rooms and lifts, and adapts to any base model. Alongside these sit our upholstered base families — Glory, Exclusive, Premium and Comfort — each a clean 20 cm platform in a different upholstered style, so the base can be matched to the room's design rather than forced into one look. Every base can take an anti-slip top fabric to keep the mattress in place and a mirror or cuvette finish on the visible sides. Because the base is the upholstered, visible half of the bed, it is the part most often matched to the room’s headboard and scheme — specified in the same fabric or faux leather and finished to the same standard — so the bed reads as one designed piece rather than a mattress dropped onto a generic platform.
The base type a property chooses changes how quickly a room cleans and how the bed is handled in service. The main options compared on the two things housekeeping and operations care about most.

Small details in the base save housekeeping real minutes on every turnover:
— Two castors on the wall side only: put wheels on just the wall-facing side of the base. Housekeeping can roll the bed out from the wall to clean behind and under it in seconds and push it straight back — no lifting and no two-person move — while the visible sides keep their clean leg detail.
— Open legs or a floating base: both leave the floor clear under the bed, so a vacuum or mop runs through in a single pass instead of working around a closed plinth.
— An anti-slip top: an anti-slip surface stops the mattress creeping, so the team is not straightening and re-seating it on every changeover.
— A storage (ottoman) base: lifting luggage and spare linen off the floor into the base clears the room before cleaning even starts.
— Wipe-clean sides and rounded corners: faux-leather or tightly woven side panels and rounded corners shed dust and take a damp cloth, rather than trapping it in seams.
Two of the most useful things in a hotel bedroom are invisible: the topper that adjusts comfort without rebuilding the bed, and the connection system that lets one room serve as a twin or a king without two sets of furniture. We make both.
The connection topper is the fastest way to turn two single beds into one double. Laid over a pair of joined singles, a cotton-faced, fibre-filled topper wraps both mattresses, stops them moving apart, and — this is the point — hides the join so the guest never feels the gap down the middle. We make it in a thin version, the quickest solution for occasional twin-to-king conversion, and a thicker 3–4 cm version that both joins the beds and lifts the comfort level. Beneath the mattresses, a zip-link mattress system and a base connection bracket physically lock the two beds and bases together, so the made-up king is stable and seamless. For a hotel running flexible room types, this twin/king system is what makes one inventory of beds cover two configurations — fewer beds bought, more room types sold. Comfort toppers in the same family can also simply add a softer surface to a firmer mattress where a room needs it.
Every hotel needs to put up an extra guest now and then, and the bed it rolls out says as much about the property as the main one. A flimsy, uncomfortable folding bed undoes a good room; a proper rollaway with a real spring mattress means the third guest sleeps as well as the first. The folding rollaway bed is built on a box-profile steel frame, electrostatically painted against rust, with a genuine sprung mattress (slatted or board base option), a decorative headboard, a band that stops the mattress falling when folded upright, and a hard-wearing 360-degree castor system so housekeeping can move and store it easily. The mobile (kanguru) extra bed is a 22 cm sprung single on the same robust frame and castors, folding compactly away. The trundle (pull-out) bed hides a second mattress inside the base of the main bed — the practical answer for properties with no storage room for extra beds — pulling out to a full single and, in the standard build, using a Napolitano-grade mattress that can be swapped for other models. And the folding baby cot rounds out the range: a sturdy, comfortable, practical cot with a transparent mesh window for airflow and visibility, rounded soft corners, a removable washable cover, and the same fold-away convenience. The legs set the bed's height and a surprising amount of its character, and the finish ties the base to the room. Both are part of the specification, not an afterthought, and we make them in a wide range so the bed reads as designed rather than generic.
Plastic legs and castors are the practical standard in black, brown or beige at 7 or 12 cm. Profile legs and castors are produced in many height options and finishes, from a slim 60 mm to a substantial 76 mm profile, in black, beige and a range of timber tones. Cylinder turned-wood legs in venge or natural, at 12 and 15 cm, give a warmer, more residential look, and chrome legs at 7, 12 and 15 cm a cleaner contemporary one, with decorative square wood legs for a more designed statement. On the base itself, the visible sides can be finished with a mirror finish or a recessed cuvette finish, and the bed dressed with a base skirt: a fixed fabric or faux-leather covering bonded to the base, a separate fabric valance that completes the room's decor, or a removable velcro skirt designed especially for faux-leather bases and easy laundering. The result is a bed specified down to the last detail, in finishes that match the rest of the room.
A contract bed earns its keep through what it is made of and what it is certified to do. Across the range, the same standards apply, because a hotel bed is a public, shared, heavily-used product that has to be safe, hygienic and durable in equal measure.

A hotel rarely fits a standard retail size into every room. Floor plans, headboards and the mix of twin, double, queen, king and suite beds all pull in different directions, and a bed program that has to be ordered in odd sizes from a retail range is a program that arrives late and wrong. We make the bed to the property's sizes rather than the other way round.
Every mattress and base is produced made-to-measure in the dimensions a project specifies — standard single, double, queen, king and super-king, plus the non-standard widths and lengths that older buildings and bespoke headboards demand. Firmness is specified too: each range is built to a firmness level on a soft-to-firm scale, so a property can set a consistent feel across its rooms or vary it by room type, and the same model can be supplied firmer for a business floor or softer for a suite. Height is part of the brief as well — mattress builds from roughly 22 to 32 centimetres and base heights from 18 to 35 centimetres — so the made-up bed sits at the height the room and the headboard were designed around, and the sheets and protectors from the matching linen collection fit correctly first time. Nothing about the bed is left to a stock size that almost fits.
