Chair & table trolleys
The banquet chair stacking trolley — sometimes called a chair dolly — is the single most useful piece of banquet hall equipment a venue owns. Stacked banquet chairs are loaded onto the trolley and wheeled between store and floor, so one or two staff reset a room of hundreds without lifting a chair by hand. A typical chair trolley holds eight to twelve stacked chairs depending on the model, runs on braked castors, and is padded where it meets the chairs so neither the frames nor the upholstery are marked.
The table trolley does the same job for folding banquet tables. Round and rectangular tops are loaded on edge into a frame designed to hold them vertically, which both saves floor space in store and lets a single trolley carry a stack of tables that would otherwise take several trips by hand. For a hall that switches between a banquet round-table layout and a theatre or conference layout, the chair and table trolleys together are what make the change fast enough to do between sittings.
Both are built from the same steel as the rest of the range, finished in electrostatic paint, with protective bumpers and felt where they carry the load. Stage & dance floor
A banquet stage and dance floor turn an empty hall into a venue. The portable stage is built from modular platform sections — commonly one metre by two — that lock together into any size and sit on adjustable legs, so the same kit makes a low head-table riser at one event and a full band stage at the next. Skirting hides the legs, steps and guardrails make it safe, and an anti-slip, carpet or timber surface finishes it. Because it breaks down into flat sections, the whole stage stores against a wall and travels between rooms.
The portable dance floor works the same way. Interlocking panels — solid wood, parquet, classic black-and-white, or LED — clip together over a level subframe to make a floor of any size, with bevelled edge ramps so guests step on safely. A team lays a dance floor for a few hundred guests in well under an hour and lifts it just as fast. Sizing is a simple rule: allow about half a square metre per dancer and assume around a third of the guests are on the floor at once.
Stage and dance floor are specified together because they share the same event and the same store. A wedding wants a band stage and a dance floor; a conference wants a low presentation stage and no floor; an awards night wants both, larger. Built to order, the sections are made to the heights and finishes a venue actually uses, rather than a fixed catalogue size.
Service trolleys
The service trolley — also called a serving trolley or service cart — is the workhorse of the dining floor. A two or three-tier wheeled trolley carries plated food, drinks and crockery out and clears it away again, and a heavier-duty version handles room service and buffet replenishment. Banquet halls run them through every event, so they are built in stainless steel or finished steel with quiet castors and tiers sized to standard trays and gastronorm pans.
The service trolley covers the moving that happens in front of the guest, while the chair and table trolleys handle the heavy resetting behind the scenes. Construction
Banquet hall equipment is loaded, pushed and knocked every day, so it is built closer to industrial handling kit than to furniture.
Frame
Steel or stainless steel. Welded steel frames carry heavy stacked loads; stainless and chrome suit front-of-house service trolleys. All are finished in durable electrostatic paint or polished to a lobby standard.
Castors
Heavy-duty, braked, quiet. Load-rated castors with at least two brakes keep a loaded trolley still on a slope or a lift; non-marking wheels protect hard and carpeted floors alike.

Bumpers and felt. Padded contact points stop chair and table trolleys marking the furniture they carry; felt-lined tiers and non-marking castors protect crockery and floors on the service trolleys.
