Hayashi Luxury Aparthotel

The project, in the words of the partner who led it

“Hayashi is a Japanese-inspired luxury aparthotel in Sofia, and that idea — quiet luxury, natural texture — drove every decision. Because the units are apartments, we manufactured a complete living programme, not just bedroom sets: the bouclé sofas and swivel lounge chairs, the round coffee tables, the solid-oak dining tables with their matching chairs, and the kitchen joinery with its bar seating. In the bedrooms we built the slatted-oak and dark-panel headboards and the casegoods. For the public areas we produced the lobby lounge around that gold-leaf chandelier and the stone-clad reception and spa counters. The real challenge was consistency across many apartment layouts while keeping a hand-made feel; we solved it with shared detailing and finishes. The result reads as residential warmth with hotel durability underneath.”
